The project reflects high design standards in water supply, drainage, strong and weak current systems, and overall energy performance, aiming for an A energy class rating.

Electromechanical Design
Heating and cooling are managed via an underfloor system powered by a heat pump, ensuring energy-efficient comfort. Special emphasis was placed on designing high-efficiency climate control and integrating state-of-the-art fire safety systems for maximum protection.

The pool area includes dedicated water management and filtration systems that minimize potable water use, supporting the project’s sustainability goals.
