Two-Residence Development, Panorama, Thessaloniki
This residential project in Panorama, Thessaloniki comprises two houses with basements, attics, and swimming pools, offering a balance of refined architecture and practical comfort.
The MEP design focused on maximizing energy performance through solar integration and intelligent heating and cooling systems that adjust consumption dynamically.
Smart technologies in the electrical systems allow for streamlined control of lighting and energy usage, while enhancing the safety and ease of living.
Water supply and drainage networks were engineered with equal attention to ensure efficiency and water quality, supporting long-term sustainability.
Fire protection studies incorporated both active (suppression and alarm systems) and passive (fire-resistant materials and spatial strategy) solutions, reinforcing both user safety and structural integrity.
The entire project was guided by a commitment to energy resource efficiency, architectural integrity, and environmental responsibility—delivering a high-end residential model that combines design clarity, comfort, and sustainability.
