Electromechanical and Energy Design
Tziolas Engineers implemented solutions focused on reducing energy demand. Thermal insulation, energy-efficient glazing, and advanced heating and cooling systems ensure a stable and comfortable indoor environment.

The electrical design includes smart lighting and automation systems, while the plumbing layout ensures optimal water use. Each pool was designed for both aesthetics and functionality, equipped with filtration systems that guarantee cleanliness and safety.

Fire protection includes modern detection and suppression systems, as well as fire-resistant materials that enhance resident safety.
