Residential Complex, Kallithea, Halkidiki
This residential development in Kallithea, Halkidiki, consists of eight buildings housing a total of 56 apartments across 3,600 m². Tziolas Engineers was responsible for the full M&E design, with a focus on energy efficiency, comfort, and resident safety.
Heating and cooling systems were designed with advanced technologies, including smart thermostats and adaptive controls that respond to outdoor conditions. These systems ensure optimal interior temperatures with minimal energy consumption.
Electrical and plumbing installations were developed to guarantee resource-efficient operation and high-quality utility services. Smart management systems allow residents to control lighting and energy usage, enhancing both comfort and operational savings.
The water supply and drainage systems ensure efficient use of water resources while maintaining high living standards. Fire safety features include automated fire suppression and alarm systems, complemented by passive protection measures such as fire-resistant materials and safety-enhancing architectural design.
Sustainability & Energy Performance:
The project emphasizes high energy efficiency through the use of cutting-edge technologies and top-grade thermal insulation materials. All units are equipped with solar collectors for hot water, significantly reducing energy needs. Energy-efficient air-conditioning units and LED lighting further minimize consumption and environmental impact.
With a holistic and technologically robust M&E design, this residential complex sets a new standard in sustainable living—balancing luxury, comfort, and environmental responsibility.
