This 1,150 m² hospitality project in Perdika, Thesprotia, comprises twelve independent suites and a central building. Our M&E design addressed the dual challenge of architectural elegance and high-performance engineering with a clear focus on energy efficiency, comfort, and sustainability.
Electrical studies included the integration of LED lighting and smart automation systems to enhance both energy performance and operational safety. HVAC systems were designed to ensure consistent climate comfort across all spaces, while maintaining a minimal energy footprint.
Plumbing systems were developed to optimize water usage and guarantee quality across private and shared areas. The swimming pool design balanced aesthetics with functionality, incorporating advanced filtration and water management systems to ensure user safety and resource efficiency.
Fire protection was approached holistically, combining active systems such as alarms and sprinklers with passive strategies, including fire-resistant materials and architectural zoning. This comprehensive approach reinforces both resident safety and structural integrity.
Overall, the project achieved a high energy rating through the use of thermal insulation, energy-efficient heating emitters, and low-consumption lighting. The result is a hospitality environment that embodies both design sophistication and sustainable living.
