The M&E design for the project titled “Two-storey building of four residences with basement, attic, roof, and four swimming pools” in Chania, Crete, is a benchmark in specialized and forward-thinking engineering. Designed as a luxury hospitality development with energy class A+ certification, the complex exemplifies sustainable architecture in tourism.
Our team delivered integrated mechanical and electrical systems aimed at maximum performance and flexibility, incorporating smart lighting, energy management, and advanced HVAC systems that ensure guest comfort while promoting environmental responsibility. The use of renewable energy sources, efficient insulation, and ventilation techniques contributed decisively to achieving A+ energy classification.
