ELXIS RESIDENCE is a high-end residential complex designed by Nikos Sgouros and Associates Architects , located in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, Greece. This project features a total built area of 5,000 m², which includes underground parking and 33 apartments.

Our team delivered comprehensive Mechanical & Electrical Engineering studies, integrating mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and public health systems. The project emphasizes a low-energy strategy and incorporates smart building-ready provisions, ensuring a coordinated approach for construction and life safety systems.

Modern technologies were also applied to water supply and drainage, ensuring efficient water management. The electrical systems feature next-generation LED lighting and smart automation. Fire protection includes advanced detection and suppression systems, ensuring a high level of safety.
