The electromechanical studies for this project include energy performance design, electrical systems, heating, air conditioning, water supply, drainage, active and passive fire protection, and swimming pool systems.

Special emphasis was placed on the energy efficiency and overall functionality of the buildings.

To achieve high energy performance, the complex was designed with excellent insulation in walls, floors, and roof, maintaining heat during the winter and coolness in the summer. Particular attention was given to thermal insulation design to minimize energy loss.

Solar collectors were installed on the roof to heat domestic water, contributing to lower energy consumption. All air conditioning systems are high-efficiency units with smart temperature control technologies.

The entire lighting infrastructure uses energy-saving LED bulbs.

These integrated measures created an environment that minimizes energy use, ensuring both economic and environmental sustainability for the entire complex.
