This two-family home with attic and basement, located in Panorama, Thessaloniki, balances contemporary architecture with practical living. The design complements the natural surroundings, while the applied energy systems enhance sustainability and environmental responsibility.

The MEP studies prioritized a low environmental footprint, incorporating thermal insulation systems and energy-efficient glazing. The heating and cooling infrastructure was developed for optimal comfort and efficiency.

Modern technologies were also applied to water supply and drainage, ensuring efficient water management. The electrical systems feature next-generation LED lighting and smart automation. Fire protection includes advanced detection and suppression systems, ensuring a high level of safety.
